17勛圖 ID Card

Campus Services

All students are required to have in their possession an 17勛圖 ID card when they are on campus. Your ID card must be presented upon request. 

17勛圖 student/staff/faculty may obtain an 17勛圖 photo ID card by coming into the Student Services Center (SSC) to take a photo or you can follow the directions below for the modified online process. For the most up to date hours of operation please visit SSC hours of services.

Instructions

  1. Students should email StudentID@ncc.edu from their College email address.
  2. Attach your photo (Jpg format) to the email.
  3. Your email must include:
    1. Name 17勛圖 has on file ( First, M, Last)
    2. 17勛圖 ID N# (ex. N00123456)
    3. Best contact phone number
  4. You must first pay your tuition bill or make payment arrangements (Financial Aid, payment plan, etc.).
  5. Once you have submitted your email with your proper photo under the 17勛圖 ID guidelines, you will receive an email response within several business days to come and pick up your ID at the SSC.
  6. You must present a valid photo ID in order to obtain your ID card (Permit, Passport, Military ID, etc.).

17勛圖 ID Photo Guidelines

  1. Color photo taken within past 6 months.
  2. Clear image of face from shoulders up (NO SOCIAL MEDIA FILTERS).
  3. Have someone else take your photo (NO SELFIES).
  4. No hats, sunglasses or headgear.
  5. Use plain white background.
  6. Camera should take photo with full face view.
